Can I be honest with you? Because I’d like to be upfront about who I am and where I've been.

Although I'm known for my calming presence, and may appear all wholesome, don't let my appearance fool you. 😆 I have extensive experience working with trauma and spiritual warfare. And thanks to my tough Boston upbringing, I handle difficult situations with confidence and courage.

While I have had solid training in traditional science-based holistic therapy and coaching, seeking forbidden knowledge 🍎 was an obsession for me! 😈

The truth is, I was once woefully rebellious and deceived—heavily involved in the occult, sacred spiritual sciences, psychic readings, divination, psychedelic therapy, and new age thought.

I wasn't just curious—I was completely immersed in this identity and applied everything I learned with my clients. So I know how alluring deceptive practices can be.

I've also traveled deep down the rabbit hole of conspiracies (which, let's be real, are often about uncomfortable truths most people don't want to accept...but can become a trap for believers by keeping us focused on the problems, not the problem solver).

After 30 years of being spiritually adrift, doing things "my way" through rituals for manifestation and the law of attraction, I was made right by God. (It's a long but wild personal story—feel free to ask me someday.)

Following a supernatural encounter, He showed me the Truth, the Way, and the Life. After repentance and forgiveness, I was renewed in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

My family and I laugh about it because I went from "anything goes spiritually"—thinking Christians were just misinformed—to proclaiming "Christ is our Lord and Savior, and the Kingdom is at hand."

It took me almost a full year to integrate this experience into my life and synthesize everything I'd learned. Heck, I'm still processing it all.

What I do know for sure is that I'm called to serve Him by helping people prepare for times of tribulation. (Those were His exact words to me.)

The gifts and wisdom gained from my time spent adrift are not lost—He's using me for His glory. I'm applying everything that aligns with His purpose (bioenergetic somatic practices that compliment, not contradict, scripture) while denouncing the rest (that serves the Luciferian agenda).
